Is it true, shipping is FREE?

Yes, by default, shipping is FREE around Australia unless otherwise stated on the product page. Orders from other countries may incur shipping fee unless stated on the product page.

Do you accept returns?

Absolutely, we understand that we sometimes change our minds so it's ok to return within 30 days. Normally, returns incur 10% restocking fee on the buyer however we waved this. Note however that you will need to pay for the return shipping cost. Obviously, if the product is sealed (excluding the shipping box) is tampered with, returns may not be accepted.

Do you honour warranties?

Absolutely yes, by default, we offer one year warranty around Australia.

 

Where do your products shipping from?

Our product is shipping from either Australia or China. Notice that in every product page, we declare where the item is located. We take ownership of what goes on our logistics and product quality.

    We always work towards beating our following timelines, however, as a rule of thumb, the following are our delivery timelines.
